Matt Dunn
President Emeritus
Matt Dunn founded CMI in 1996 with a vision to provide high-quality products to customers, and he hasn’t looked back since. Under his leadership, CMI has grown into a trusted name in the industry. Beyond cabinetry, Matt has pursued a passion for horse racing, founding Dunn Ranch—now one of the top breeding and racing facilities in the industry. His commitment to excellence drives both his business and equestrian endeavors.
Logan Dunn
CEO
Logan Dunn started at CMI the day after graduating from Bismarck High School in 2019, having already spent summers learning the trade. With a deep understanding of the company’s products and operations, he has been committed to pushing CMI to new heights. His drive, leadership, and hands-on experience make him a key force in the company’s continued success, ensuring CMI stays at the forefront of the commercial cabinetry industry.
Doug Oder
Chief Operating Officer
Doug joined CMI in 2016 as an Engineer and quickly proved himself as a key team member. His expertise led him through roles in Sales, Estimating, and Project Management before becoming Project Director in 2023. Now, he plays a direct role in overseeing all CMI projects, ensuring efficiency and quality. Outside of work, Doug enjoys watching his kids, Gracie and Ruger, compete in sports and spending time outdoors, whether hunting or simply enjoying nature.
Ronnie Gibbs
Chief Sales Officer
Ronnie leads CMI’s sales and business development efforts, focusing on building strong client relationships and driving growth. Before joining CMI, he spent 23 years in the insurance industry, successfully managing two offices in Missouri. His experience in business strategy and customer relations makes him a key player in CMI’s expansion. Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamese, and their two sons, working on home projects, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
Reece Rokiski
Project Director
Reece joined CMI in early 2024 and has quickly become an essential part of the team. With nearly five years of experience in construction and remodeling, he brings hands-on expertise in production, project management, delivery, and installation. His problem-solving skills and dedication have made him a valuable asset to CMI’s nationwide projects. Passionate about growth and efficiency, Reece is committed to helping the company reach new heights.
Hunter Drake
Project Manager
Hunter joined the Cabinet Masters team in 2025, bringing with him six years of experience in the industrial cement industry. His diverse background and dedication to hard work make him a valuable addition to the team, and he is committed to helping Cabinet Masters reach new levels of excellence. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time in the outdoors and cherishing every moment with his wife
Tim Mork
Director of Procurement
Tim joined CMI in November 2024, bringing five years of team management experience and a strong background in construction. Growing up in his father’s construction business, he learned early on the value of craftsmanship and taking pride in quality work. His expertise in workflow efficiency and teamwork makes him a key asset to CMI. Committed to excellence, Tim is dedicated to helping CMI grow and produce some of the finest cabinetry in the nation.
Karen Seifert
Revenue Collections Manager
Karen joined CMI in 2021 and quickly advanced to Business Administrator in 2022. With a background spanning sales, procurement, office management, and HR, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Outside of work, Karen and her husband, Charlie, own Valley Mist Events, a wedding venue on their 160-acre farm. As an ordained minister, she enjoys officiating weddings, spending time with her grandchildren, and relaxing at the beach whenever she gets the chance.
Gardenia Alvarez
Lead Estimator
Gardenia Alvarez joined the CMI team in 2019, beginning her career in cabinet production. Through her commitment, discipline, and professional development, she advanced to the position of estimator. Currently, she serves as the Estimating Department Leader, where she applies her production experience to optimize processes and provide high-quality customer service. In her personal time, spending time with her husband and son, along with her two dogs, Kaiser and Lana.
Makayla Mork
Accounts Payable Manager
Makayla works in Accounts Payable at CMI, keeping things organized and making sure everything gets processed accurately and on time. She used to be an Estimator, which is where she picked up her attention to detail and problem-solving skills. She’s always looking to learn and grow. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, Tim, and their three dogs.
Emma Williams
Head of Marketing
Emma leads marketing and brand strategy at CMI, driving the company’s presence across digital and social platforms. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, she combines creative vision with a strategic approach to showcase CMI’s craftsmanship and nationwide capabilities. Her work ensures that the quality and expertise behind every CMI project is reflected in how the brand shows up to the world.
Phil Branch
Senior Engineer
Phil’s career path has been anything but conventional. After a successful career in label manufacturing, he pivoted to the tech industry, earning a certificate in web development from Washington University in 2022. Now at CMI, he applies his technical expertise to millwork design and production, quickly becoming an essential part of the team. His problem-solving skills and passion for innovation make him a valuable asset in bringing client visions to life.
Cheyenne Primo
Engineer
Cheyenne joined CMI in late 2025 while pursuing her education at Mineral Area College, where she will graduate in May 2026 with degrees and certifications in Engineering Design & Drafting, Electrical Electronics, and Fiber Optic Technology. Growing up in a technical household, she developed a strong passion for hands-on problem solving early on. In 2024, she competed in VEX Robotics and earned a spot at the World Championship, highlighting her dedication and technical skill. Outside of work, Cheyenne continues building and designing through personal projects using CAD software, CO₂ lasers, and 3D printers—experience that directly supports her work at CMI. When she’s not creating, you’ll find her hiking, kayaking, or practicing archery—often alongside her dog, Luna.
Esteban Herrera
Quality Assurance Manager
Esteban joined the CMI team in 2019, beginning his career in cabinet manufacturing. Through his commitment, discipline, and professional growth, he advanced to the role of Quality Control Manager. In his current position, he applies his experience to ensure that all products meet the quality standards established by CMI’s clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Greta Stevens
Controller
Greta Stevens joined CMI in 2021 as an engineer, bringing an educational background in aerospace engineering. During her time with CMI, she has helped strengthen and reform multiple departments while gaining a broad understanding of the company’s operations. Today, Greta serves as Controller, overseeing CMI’s financial operations and helping guide the company toward continued growth and a strong financial future. Outside of work, Greta is a proud wife and mother of two. She enjoys spending her free time baking, cooking, and curling up with a good sci-fi book.
Justin Sutton
Sales Manager
Justin Sutton brings more than 15 years of sales and retail management experience to his role as Sales Manager at Cabinet Masters. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has a diverse background in sales, management, banking, and financial services.
At Cabinet Masters, Justin focuses on building strong relationships with contractors and business partners, understanding their project needs, and providing dependable solutions. He believes successful business relationships are built on trust, communication, and follow-through. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his children.
Clary Martinez
Estimator
Clary Martinez began a new chapter in March 2026 when she joined Cabinet Masters in the Estimating department. Since then, she has developed a strong understanding of what it takes to estimate cabinet projects, including attention to detail, organization, and precision. Every project gives Clary an opportunity to learn, grow her skills, and continue developing professionally. Outside of work, Clary enjoys spending time with her family and especially loves making memories and playing with her young daughter, Victoria.
Ariadna Torres
Estimator
Ariadna Torres Rivera joined the CMI team in 2026, bringing previous professional experience, a degree in Human Resources Administration, and a passion for learning and professional development. As an Estimator, she supports the estimating process by applying attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results. She is excited to continue growing her expertise in the cabinet industry and contributing to CMI’s success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and creating meaningful memories with her daughter, Sofía.
